Employee Screening Request

If you require an employee screening in accordance with Bank Negara Malaysia’s Employee Screening Policy, please email your request to referencecheck.gi@generali.com.my and we will respond to you within 15 working days.

Kindly ensure the following documents are included with your request:

  • The completed Reference Template
  • The written consent of the individual for whom the employment reference is being requested

Incomplete submissions may result in delays. Employees may request for a copy of the reference check prepared.
