It is important to know what you are covered for when making a claim.
Protects your home building against loss or damage caused by fire, lightning, flood and other natural disasters.
Covers the loss or damage of your household contents, valuables and belongings.
Additional rider or coverage that covers your personal effects (items regularly worn or carried) such as watches, jewellery, handbags and even cameras, mobile phones or tablets for up to RM10,000 per item.
Additional rider or coverage that protects yourself and your family against third party’s claim for accidental bodily injury or property damage through negligence caused by you, your immediate family members or your domestic helper.

Upon receiving your claim submission, we will review and send you an update on your claim status or may request for further information within 5 business days. For claims incurred for RM5000 and below, with complete information and supporting documents received from you, we will provide the claim decision within 5 business days.
Claims above RM5000 may take longer review period due to the complexity of the claim. Regardless, we will keep you informed of your claim status throughout the process.
If your claim is approved, we will send you the decision and offer for your claim. Once you have submitted the acceptance of offer to us, we will process the claim payment within 5 business days.
