It is important to know what you are covered for when making a claim.
Covers your medical expenses for treatment from a hospital or clinic due to an accident up to the insured limit in your insurance policy.
Daily Hospitalization Allowance is paid each day within the covered limit in your policy for hospitalization due to accident. This is on top of the medical expenses payout.
Cover Accidental Death or Permanent Disablement with high sum insured.
Option to include Weekly Benefit coverage if you are unable to attend work as a result of accident. Weekly benefit payout is up to RM 300 per week.

With complete information and supporting documents received from you, we will provide the claim decision within claim service benchmark. For an approved claim, you will receive the payment in you account within 3 business days. However, in some cases, it may take longer due to the complexity of the claim. Regardless, we will keep you informed of your claim progress.
