Simple steps for claims process

Contact and notify Generali Malaysia immediately. Download and fill in the claim form.

Here are the list of supporting documents for your claim:

For loss of/ damage to golf clubs

  • Copy of the police report or certification from club management
  • Purchase receipt of the affected items / damaged golf clubs
  • Replacement invoice
  • Photographs of affected items/ damaged golf clubs
  • Repair bill

Damage to buggy/ turfmate

  • Damage report
  • Photographs of damaged buggy/turfmate
  • Purchase invoice of the affected buggy/ turfmate
  • Repair bill

Hole In One

  • Confirmation letter of the feat from the club
  • Score card
  • Hole in One certificate

Submit completed claim form within 14 days from date of incident

Upon receipt of full documents including investigation report, Generali Malaysia will revert with claim decision within 5 working days

e-claim payment within 7 working days from your claim approval date
